Festival of South Korean cinema opens in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A festival of South Korean cinema opened in the Alisher Navoi Cinema Palace in Tashkent.

The festival was organized in connection with the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea and the 80th anniversary of the residing of Koreans in Uzbekistan.

Guests and residents of Tashkent will be able to watch such films as “Miracle in the Seventh Chamber”, “The Royal Tailor”, “Eternal” and “Perpetrators of the Conflict” as part of the festival.

Korean films will be shown in Namangan and Andijan in early October.
