Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Havo Yollari (Uzbekistan Airways) plans to create its own low-cost airline (budget airline). This was announced by the deputy chairman of the airline Umid Khusanov.
In his opinion, the low-cost airline will be a subsidiary of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari. The new airline will be opened in 2018.

Speaking about pricing, he noted that ticket prices will depend on many factors, including airport location, a set of services on board and others.
The representative of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari stated that the main directions of the low-cost airline will be Russia, Turkey and Egypt.
