Uzbek Referees Appointed for UEFA U-17 Championship

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship will take place in Estonia from 25 May to 7 June, with referees from Uzbekistan appointed to officiate matches at the tournament.

As part of the competition, Uzbek officials will serve within the tournament’s refereeing team. Asker Nazhafaliyev has been appointed as a match referee, while Ruslan Serazitdinov will serve as an assistant referee.

The appointment of representatives from Uzbekistan to officiate at the European youth championship reflects growing international confidence in the country’s refereeing corps.
