ZA’FARON Premium Hotel Opens in Jizzakh Region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new hotel complex “ZA’FARON PREMIUM HOTEL” was commissioned on 22 May 2026 in Zaamin district of Jizzakh region. The project was implemented by BMB HOLDING with financial support from Uzsanoatqurilishbank.

The project was carried out within the framework of presidential decrees and initiatives aimed at developing the tourism sector and transforming Zaamin district into an international year-round tourist center. The construction of the hotel was implemented under a decree dated 6 April 2021 on the establishment of the Zaamin tourist and recreational zone.

The total cost of the project exceeds 200 billion soums. Of this amount, 165 billion soums were financed through long-term loans from Uzsanoatqurilishbank, while 35 billion soums were provided by BMB HOLDING. As a result of the project, more than 120 jobs have been created.

The new hotel complex is the fourth facility of BMB HOLDING in the tourism and HoReCa sector. The hotel is located in the foothills of Zaamin and combines modern architectural solutions with the natural environment of the region.

The complex includes 107 rooms of various categories, with capacity for more than 200 guests. These include standard rooms, suites, junior suites, family rooms, as well as rooms adapted for persons with disabilities.

The infrastructure of the hotel includes a restaurant with 250 seats, a conference hall for 150 people, a gym and a children’s playground. The facility is designed for family recreation, business events and tourist visits.

Management of the hotel involves specialists with international experience in hotels in the United Arab Emirates and Türkiye. They are contributing to the introduction of modern service and management standards.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of BMB HOLDING, local authorities and members of the public. The launch of the project is seen as a contribution to the development of tourism infrastructure and the improvement of the investment attractiveness of the region.
