Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to the National Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the number of Uzbek citizens traveling to the United States for tourism continues to rise.

In the first two months of 2025, 2,000 Uzbeks visited the United States — an increase of 291 people (16.7%) compared to the same period last year.

Purposes of travel to the U.S. (January–February 2025):

Tourism – 1,472 people

Visiting relatives – 489 people

Education – 63 people

Business trips – 12 people
