Uzum Launches Uzum Avto Car Marketplace App in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzum has announced the launch of a standalone application called Uzum Avto, designed for buying and selling cars.

The new service allows users to post free listings, including both private individuals and car dealers. At the current stage, the platform is operating in a test mode in the Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions.

According to the company, posting a listing in the app takes about one minute. Users need to enter the vehicle’s state registration number, upload photos, and set a price. The system then automatically fills in the remaining parameters based on available data.

The service places particular emphasis on moderation. Uzum Avto uses artificial intelligence–based technology that automatically detects and blocks duplicate, fake, and inaccurate listings, providing users with more reliable and up-to-date vehicle offers.

The company said the launch is aimed at simplifying the car buying and selling process and increasing transparency in the automotive market. After the completion of the testing phase, Uzum Avto is expected to be rolled out nationwide across Uzbekistan.

Developers also said the application is designed to improve user experience through automated data entry and digital verification tools for listings.

Users are invited to test the service and provide feedback, which will be used for further product development.
