Uzbekistan and AIG Hospitals discuss partnership opportunities

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Abdulla Azizov, Director of Uzbekistan’s Agency for the Development of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry, met with the management of AIG Hospitals, one of India’s leading multidisciplinary healthcare organisations, during a working visit to Hyderabad.

As part of the visit, an ознакомительная programme was organised for the Uzbek delegation at the medical institution.

Representatives of the hospital presented modern medical technologies used in treatment, outlined the institution’s management system and discussed its approaches to ensuring high-quality healthcare services.

The Uzbek side briefed its counterparts on ongoing healthcare reforms in the country, as well as government support measures and incentives available to investors implementing projects in the medical sector.

During the talks, the parties discussed prospective areas of cooperation, including the exchange of expertise, the development of healthcare collaboration and the attraction of investment.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their mutual interest in further expanding partnership relations.
