Uzbekistan Senate Approves Changes to Supreme Court Composition
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Senate of Uzbekistan’s Oliy Majlis at its 15th plenary session considered changes to the composition of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resulting in the approval of new кадровые decisions within the judicial system.
Under the adopted Senate resolution, Kahramon Mirsaфаev and Mahfirat Ochilova were elected as judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan for a term of ten years.
At the same time, the Senate reviewed the dismissal of several judges from their positions. Due to transfers to other posts, I. Boltakhodjaeva, B. Israilov, G. Parpieva, J. Rasulov, N. Rasulov, and N. Rakhmonov were relieved of their duties. In addition, Sh. Boliev, B. Tangabayev, and N. Khadzhimatov were also dismissed based on their personal applications.
The decisions were formalized in a Senate resolution of the Oliy Majlis and will be implemented in accordance with established procedures.
