Uzbek Heavyweight Zokirov Set for U.S. Fight on 28 June

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbek heavyweight boxer Jahongir Zokirov is set to return to the professional ring on 28 June in the United States, where he is expected to face American boxer Zachary Spiller.

Zokirov has already arrived in the United States to prepare for the bout, which will mark his first appearance under the banner of Zuffa Boxing, the promotion owned by Dana White.

Spiller has compiled an unbeaten professional record of five victories from five fights. Four of those wins came by stoppage.

Zokirov, meanwhile, has fought once as a professional and recorded a knockout victory in his debut bout.

The Uzbek heavyweight previously signed a contract with Zuffa Boxing, opening a new chapter in his professional career in the United States.
