Tashkent metro ring line to start service earlier

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From 1 May, the operating schedule of Tashkent’s elevated ring metro line will change, with trains starting service one hour earlier, according to the metro’s press service.

Under the new timetable, the line will operate ежедневно from 05:00 to 23:00. Previously, services ran from 06:00 to 23:00.

Metro authorities said the adjustment is aimed at improving passenger service and providing greater convenience for public transport users.

The operating hours of other lines of the Tashkent Metro remain unchanged. The Chilanzar, Uzbekistan and Yunusabad lines will continue to run ежедневно from 05:00 to 00:00.
